Course Objectives Defining the general principals of labor law and collective labor law - Analyzing contract of employment, labor union law, collective agreement law, strike law, lockout law and social security law
Course Content Due to the relationships the contract of employment between the employer and employee depend on it, rights and obligations of the parties, the working conditions in terms of individual and collective labor law to examine the totality of the rules.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. The concepts of labor law (employee, employer) understand and develop the ability to use these concepts as required by field of science 2. The notion of a law on the acquisition of Individual Labor Law (Concept of Employment Contract, The Establishment of Employment Contract, Termination of Employment) 3. To attain knowledge about organization of work (Working Hours, Paid Holidays and Annual Leave) and safety and health at work 4. To have the concept of collective labor law and a basic knowledge of the historical development of concept 5. Mastering the law of trade unions, issues which the definition and elements of trade union, organization and functioning of trade unions and confederations, membership of trade union, activites, termination of the trade unions decision-making and gain the ability to create written texts 6. To decision-making in the collevtive agreement, evaluate the legal incidents and gain the ability to create written texts 7. Court of Appeal decisions in the light of theoretical knowledge to develop, implement concrete events
