Course Objectives To understand the the disputes arising from administrative actions, and the functioning of the administrative judiciary
Course Content Introduction of the necessity and procedure of judicial review of the administration, and a basic knowledge of non-judicial supervision.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1- Knowing the administrative judicial organization, being able to determine the duties and powers of the judiciary 2- Understanding the conditions of annulment and full remedy cases and to be able to associate them with concrete cases 3- To recognize the Administrative Jurisdiction Procedure Law in terms of filing and litigating administrative cases 4- To learn the rules and special cases specific to administrative judgment 5- Having information about the non-judicial supervision
