Course Objectives The object of this course is to teach the basic principles and methods of Criminal Law.
Course Content The course ‘Criminal Law-Special Provisions’ mainly covers the Special Provisions of the Turkish Criminal Code. In this context, groups of crimes that are present in the Special Provisions of the Turkish Criminal Code will be explained.
