Course Objectives It is aimed to inform the student about the introductory provisions of the Civil Law and under the light of suchinformation, the solution of problems arising in other fields of law. Furthermore it is aimed to teach the basic terminology on law of persons.
Course Content Private law discipline dealing with the introductory provisions of Civil law, the concepts of real and legal persons, capacity to acquire rights, capacity to act, right to personality, actions protecting the right to personality, and personal situtation.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Learning Outcomes 1- Application of the general provisions of Civil law within law in general 2- Informing about the basic concepts of law of persons 3- Informing about the basic concepts of family law 4- Enriching the lecture with practical studies and enabling the student to find solutions to legal problems in real cases 5- Emphasizing the decisions of the Court of Appeals and informing about the practice
