Course Objectives Teaching the international dimension of criminal law to the student and introducing the structure and functions of the international criminal court.
Course Content The main aim of the course is to teach students the international rules of criminal law, international cases and proceedings in international criminal courts.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1) To have a general knowledge of criminal law historically. 2) Learning the historical structure of the international criminal court 3) Understanding the status of Rome. 4) Learning the rules of international criminal law 5) Learning the characteristics of important criminal cases in international criminal law
