Course Objectives This course is designed to introduce to the basic concepts of publics international law while at the same time introducing the English terminology for such concepts.
Course Content This is a course aims to teach terminology of public law,and to interpret legal writings in public law.
Learning Outcomes (LO) -Be able to master the terminology of public law -Be able to understand and interpret English texts of law -Be able to comprehend historical development of public law -Be able to evaluate national and international judicial decisions related to public law -Comparing basic concepts and institutions of public law with other countries
