Course Objectives |
The Performance Management course aims to teach students the processes of assessing, developing, and managing individual and organizational performance. Students will understand how effective performance management systems and methods contribute to organizations achieving their goals. |
Course Content |
The course will cover fundamental concepts of performance management, performance evaluation methods, feedback processes, and goal-setting strategies. Additionally, it will address challenges faced in performance management and explore potential solutions. |
