Course Objectives This course aims to teach students the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in organizations. Students will understand how to effectively manage these concepts and their impact on organizational culture.
Course Content This course focuses on how to manage and implement diversity, equality and inclusion in organizations, emphasizing the importance of these concepts. Understanding the impact of these issues on organizational success and employee satisfaction, and developing inclusive strategies are taught.
Learning Outcomes (LO) By the end of the course, students will be able to: Define the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Analyze and develop DEI strategies. Evaluate the importance of diversity and inclusion in organizations. Identify the steps needed to create an inclusive organizational culture.
