| Course Objectives |
The aim of this lecture is providing knowledge on the fundamentals of administrative procedure law, emphasizing the importance of the procedure on resolution of disputes. |
| Course Content |
In this course principles of administrative procedure law will be examined.
|
| Learning Outcomes (LO) |
1. Gaining knowledge on the importance of and governing principles of administrative procedure law, gaining knowledge on the importance of administrative suits on administrative conflicts.
2. Gaining the ability to identify administrative court organization and administrative court’s personnel, gaining the ability to make necessary connections.
3. Identifying the conflicts out of jurisdiction of administrative courts and be able to answer the questions.
4. Gaining basic knowledge on governing principles, outcomes and execution of annulment suit, gaining ability to apply acquired skills to daily cases and conflicts.
5. Gaining practical knowledge on IT and communication technologies.
6. Gaining the ability to maintain the basic outcomes and competences acquired during the education in graduate degree, gaining responsibility as a professional who will be useful to the justice services, understanding the perpetuity of education. |
