The aim of this lecture is providing knowledge on concept and elements of commercial enterprise, gaining the ability to understand and solve the problems regarding commercial enterprise, gaining the ability to distinguish company types and the differences among them. |

In this course legal regulations related to the acts and transactions regarding commercial enterprise will be examined. |

1. Defining the negotiable instruments, gaining knowledge on its legal regime and problems occur in practice.
2. Identifying the differences in the practice of law of obligations and private international law. Gaining the ability to pursue contemporary academic improvements.
3. Understanding the elements, specifications and its importance in economic life, gaining ability to make comparisons with the basics of fiscal law.
