Course Objectives The aim of this lecture is providing knowledge on regulations, basic rules and principles regarding attorneys and notaries, improving interpretation skills and improving practical assessment skills regarding daily problems.
Course Content In this course principles basic concepts and rules regarding attorneys and notaries will be examined.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Gaining basic knowledge on attorneyship and notaryship, understanding their relationship with other professions promoting judicial services, making assessment about execution of profession at universal level and ability to make criticisms. 2. Analyzing the public service, self-employment, independent character of attorneyship, and making comparisons with other foreign countries. 3. Understanding the conditions to be accepted in the profession and ethic rules of the profession. 4. Determining the rights and powers of professionals. 5. Gaining knowledge on liabilities of attorneys and notaries and outcomes of breach of this liabilities.
