Course Objectives |
The aim of this lecture is providing knowledge on the issues and problems which civil law is dealing. |
Course Content |
Considered as the center of private law, this course deals with the problems which may occur of a person’s life from born to death. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
1.Understanding the importance of civil law and its relation between the other branches of law. Gaining the ability to place the problems encountered in daily life in the issues covered by civil law and propose solutions at the global level.
2. Developing the ability to learn assessment of resources of civil law and applying them in daily cases.
3. Defining the concept of rights, understanding the methods of acquiring and using rights and indicating the functions of honesty and good faith principles in this topic.
4. Assessment of the scope of judge made law and judicial discretion; identifying, reviewing and making comments on the topic under the light of court of cassation orders.
5. Understanding real persons, competence, and transactions which can be done by them. Gaining the ability to make comparisons among the regulations of topic in other legal systems both in theory and in practice. Gaining knowledge on characteristics of personal rights and their guarantees in constitutional and legal system.
6. Gaining knowledge on legal personality and systems argued in international law regarding the acquisition of legal personality. Gaining knowledge on associations and foundations.
7. Gaining knowledge on the basic concepts of family law.
8. Gaining knowledge on the conditions of incorporation and ending of a marriage, identifying the problems which occur in daily life, proposing solutions, and gaining the ability to argue those with specialists.
9. Gaining basic knowledge on general provisions of marriage and law of property between spouses.
10. Gaining the ability to maintain the basic outcomes and competences acquired during the education in graduate degree, gaining responsibility as a professional who will be useful to the justice services, understanding the perpetuity of education.
