Course Content Teaching about consumer behaviour and problem
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of this course, students, will Learn consumer behavior definition, place and importance in the economic system, explain internal and external factors effective on consumer behavior, analyze description of consumer behavior by different branches of science, consumer behavior models, compare behavior of consumers with different social-economic and demographic characteristics, analyze development of rational consumer behavior. Learn consumer problems, understand causes of consumer problems, explain and compare consumer problems of different consumer groups, understand the internal and external causes of consumer problems, analyze the importance of consumer education in solving consumer problems, compare the consumer problem solving mechanisms in the world and in Turkey, analyze consumer problems on the basis of the current economic system
