Course Objectives |
To analyze legal and social problems with regards to the perspective of gender in the context of international law |
Course Content |
In this course, main concepts within gender, feminism, feminist legal theory, queer theory is discussed. Also the relationship between gender and civil law, principles and regulations on combating domestic violence and gender-based violence are analyzed. Furthermore, the principle of equality, the prohibition of discrimination, hate speech and hate crimes, and intersectionalism are dealt. |

3. To view all gender problems within the scope of international law
