Course Objectives |
To understand the organization of the public administration, the public officials, the administration as an extension of the executive, and the actions and contracts of the administration besides ensuring that the administration is evaluated according to the rules of public law |
Course Content |
Law that applies to the establishment and functioning of the state administration involving an inequality between the parties due to the public interest. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
1- To be able to evaluate the difference of Administrative Law from other legal fields, especially private law
2- To be able to distinguish the organization, officials and activities of the administration from those of private law persons
3- To be able to determine which legislation the administration will adhere to in its actions
4- To be able to analyze the legality of administrative actions
5- To be able to interpret judicial review of the administration in terms of the rule of law
