Course Objectives |
The aim of the course is to explore the intersection of law and literature by approaching narratives in four areas: literary texts as legal texts; legal texts as literary texts; the literary turn in legal scholarship; and the regulation of literature by law |
Course Content |
This course will introduce the students to read the literature critically in the intersection of law and humanities. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
1.Evaluate the key texts with legal themes and literary and legal theory 2. Analyze legal themes in literary works by applying critical theory onto legal texts 3. Learn about the different law systems that control of our societies. 4. Understand the humanities 5. Analyze legal themes in literary, filmic, and other kinds of artistic texts |
