Course Objectives The course aims to discuss the meaning of the concept of freedom of contract in todays legal system, studying the contract types regulated in law, the reasons why they are regulated by law, the features of such provisions and some contract types, which are not regulated in the law.
Course Content Law of Obligations Special Part course is a discipline, which examines the contracts regualted and not-regulated in the Code of Obligations.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1-Acquiring the ability to recognize and define the contract types regulated and not-regulated in the law 2- Developing the most appropriate solutions for the solution of possible contractual disputes 3- Explaining the risk distribution of the law and the principles at the basis of such distribution 4- Increasing the ability to use such principles in daily relationships 5- Correlating court decisions with contemporary incidents
