Course Objectives This course aims to enable an understanding of the principles of service management and the attainment of the managerial skills required in order to effectively manage and increase the competitiveness of service businesses.
Course Content This course examines both traditional and new approaches for achieving operational competitiveness in service businesses.
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of this course, students will be able to: 1.Learning service delivery and how to manage 2.Learning theories and models developed under service management 3. Understand the concept of "co-production" in service delivery, their impact on service management in private and public sectors, and critically assess it.
