Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings;
1- will be able to define the necessities of the position employee will be hired,
2- will be able to communicate with other department during recruitment process,
3- will be able to know the importance of employee -employer attachment,
4- will be able to carify the features work environment provided for employees
5- will be able to work in any HR department of the firms.
