| Course Objectives |
In the event of the death of the real person or the existence of a situation that is legally equivalent to death, in order to determine the transferable issues and debts and the fate of his possession by determining the concepts and rules specific to this law, the group system, legal inheritance share and hidden shares, hidden shares, inheritors, savings rate, criticism, differences in death-related savings versus inter-right savings, death-related dispositions in terms of form and their provisions, death-related dispositions in material terms and their effects, officer of fulfilling the will, opening of the inheritance and in this context, especially inheritance partnership and It is to gain the necessary level of knowledge and equipment about the status of the inheritors in the inheritance partnership, the provisions of the partnership and the sharing and equalization of the inheritance. |

Inheritance Law course is the subject of the death of a real person or the existence of a situation that is legally equivalent to death, and the issues and debts that are suitable for transfer and the fate of the possession of the person in his / her health are determined by the concepts and rules specific to this law. |
