The main goal of this course is to discuss the culture in Turkey, elements effecting it and the social structure exists after the interaction of these elements. |

In the course called "Social Structure in Turkey" culture in Turkey, elements effecting it and the social structure exists after the interaction of these elements are discussed. |
| Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings:
1. Recognize social structure as a phenomenon and dynamics affecting it.
2. Understand and comments on any issues in Turkey such as family, sexuality, education, economy, working culture, poverty, faith and religion, mass media, health culture and civil society.
3. Learning the concepts of social structure in Turkey.
4. Identify any elements leading to change and transformation in social structure.
5. Interpreting the historical development of social structure in Turkey.
