Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to teach the basic principles and methods of sociology of law.
Course Content Definition of sociology of law, issues and examined the course of historical development, and assayed basic trends affecting today's society, the legal system is discussed.
Learning Outcomes (LO) - Informed about the general historical development of Sociology of Law - To discuss ideas about the historical personalities that shape the ability of Sociology of Law - Ability to put out a sociological analysis of problems - The ability to be able to reach the main source of research on the subject - The development of reasoning skills
