Course Objectives Letting the student recognize the commercial business and commercial law for companies and provide him/her with capability of comprehending the problems and solution ways encountered during business life.
Course Content Under the scope of commercial business, merchant, commercial enterprise, commercial terms, commercial enterprise pledges, its subsidiaries and independent merchant mark, unfair competition, trade books, current accounts, are matters to be addressed. In the framework of company law, corporate types, and elements of the partnership agreement, the name of the company, merger of trading companies, trading companies, such change, trade companies (collectively, limited liability company (the name of-a sleeping partner or limited liability limited partnership), joint stock company, limited liability company, cooperative).
Learning Outcomes (LO) • preparation of the student's professional life concerning commercial business and corporate law. • implementation of provisions of commercial law and obligations law. • distinguishing between the relations between commercial business and corporate law, important concepts (merchant, commercial enterprise, merchant mark, business name, trade name, the name of the company, unlimited company, limited liability company (the name of-a sleeping partner or limited liability limited partnership), joint stock company, limited liability company, cooperative corporation). • using practical exercises given during the courses to let the student resolve the disputes he will meet him/her in the future. • provision of divergent thinking, discussion and evaluation skills in commercial lawsuits. • let graduates take easily assume commercial law duties at organizations and institutions.
