Course Objectives The Career Management course aims to teach students the processes of career planning, development, and management. Students will gain skills in defining personal and professional goals, evaluating career paths, and effectively advancing in the business world.
Course Content The course will cover fundamental concepts of career management, career development theories, job search strategies, and professional networking. Additionally, students will be provided with the tools and skills necessary to manage their careers.
Learning Outcomes (LO) By the end of the course, students will be able to: Define and implement the career planning process. Identify and evaluate their own career goals. Develop job search strategies and networking skills. Analyze current trends related to career management.
