Course Objectives It is aimed to ensure that students are equipped with knowledge regarding judges, prosecutors, editorial office stuff and other institutions. Aim, scope, evaluation and usage of National Judiciary Informatics System will be examined.
Course Content This lecture aims to examine the history, general principles, menus and usage of National Judiciary Informatics System. Legislation of Editorial Office of Courts examines the official correspondence and registration issues in the judicial system.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Students will be informed about the functioning, the general layout and working procedures of the editorial office of the court. Students will be informed about the history, general principles and usage of National Judiciary Informatics System.
