Course Objectives |
It is aimed for the student to learn the definition of criminal law, its history, duty, principles that dominate the criminal law and the sources of criminal law according to the new criminal law legislation. |
Course Content |
The course, which starts with the basic principles of criminal law and the principle of responsibility, focuses on the sources of criminal law, the application of criminal law in terms of time, person and place in the first part. |

Students who successfully complete this course; • Explain the Concept of Criminal Law in General, Subject of Criminal Law and Historical Development of Criminal Law. • Evaluate Criminal Law Resources and Legality Principle. |
