Learning Outcomes (LO) The educational attainments regarding settlement of international commercial disputes which are expected to be acquired by the students who successfully complete this Course are; 1. to have information regarding the application of the Commercial Code 2. creating analytic solutions to the problems in relation with international commercial law in business life. 3. ability to use information regarding foreign tribunals.
