Course Objectives This course provides an introduction into international business and the role of corporate counsel. It specifically presents students with case scenarios where the role of corporate counsel is crucial to ensuring the success of an international business venture. Included in each topic is a discussion of risk management and compliance issues, particularly with regards to anticorruption and supplier/contractor monitoring.
