Course Objectives The aim of the course is for students to acquire psychological counseling skills and to understand the roles and functions of these skills in the psychological counseling process.
Course Content Psychological counseling, psychological counseling process, basic helping skills used in this process, advanced skills, identifying the client's problems and being able to choose intervention strategies for appropriate purposes for these problems.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Students taking this course. Knows and can use basic psychological counseling skills. Can use advanced psychological counseling skills. . Can identify the client's problems. Can conceptualize the case. Can determine and implement appropriate goals and interventions for the client's problems.
