Course Objectives |
This course; students working in business management, employee recruitment and aims to provide information about ethics. |
Course Content |
In this course, one of the basic functions of business within the labor force recruitment of human resources, job descriptions, job placement, performance evaluation, employee motivation is discussed. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1 - Job description and hiring of employees needed to define the characteristics, 2 - In the recruitment process, to establish the necessary communication with other departments, 3 - To understand the importance of employee-business loyalty 4 - should be provided to employees have mastered the details of the business environment 5 - In any business equipped to work as a human resources department. |
