Course Objectives At the end of this course, students are expected to have the competence to manage information systems projects using project management tools and techniques.
Course Content This course includes examples of tools and techniques related to management of information systems projects.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The achievements of the students who complete this course and are successful are as follows; 1- To be able to explain the basic concepts of project and project management, 2- To be able to define the phases within the framework of the project life cycle, 3- To be able to integrate administrative information and technical details during the project management process, 4- To be able to apply the techniques used in the project planning process.
