Course Objectives It is aimed to teach students main concepts of Health Law, rights of patients and health professionals, criminal, judicial and professional liabilities,informed consent, processes that result in medical malpractice and organ and tissue transplantation.
Course Content Main subject of this course is the field of law that prevents problems and find solutions to the problems in the lives of human and society created by illnesses/ diseases.
