Course Objectives To teach students with all the elements of Career Management and to provide the students the necessary knowledge that will make a positive contribution both to them individually and to the organizations in which they are involved.
Course Content Definition of career and career management, planning, principles, importance, benefits for individuals and organizations, current developments and problems in career management, career management in practice.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Students who complete this course and are successful will gain the following in the field of Career Management: 1. They will learn what Career Management and its elements are. 2. They will have the minimum competence to contribute to the Career Management units of the organization in which they are involved in their professional life. 3. They will have received basic education and training at a level to be able to make individual career planning. 4. They will have information about Career Management in details such as resume, interview, planning.
