Course Objectives The main objective of this course is to provide an understanding of distribution channel management-related management dynamics and logistics relationships. This course is an effective method to identify and solve logistics problems. To comprehend, to learn about the design and management of the ideal distribution channel.
Course Content This course includes managerial and economic issues in logistics, distribution channels and supply chain. Relationship management in industrial markets; coordination, cooperation, conflict and power relations among supply chain members are covered by this course. Application examples, case studies and articles are used in the course.
Learning Outcomes (LO) With this course students; LO1:Will be able to define the concepts of distribution channel management, marketing channel management and supply chain management. LO2:Will be able to define dynamics that play a role in distribution channel management LO3:Will be able to define the concepts of logistics management, marketing channel management and supply chain management.
