Course Objectives In order to eliminate gender inequality, different regulations are put into effect, amended or repealed from time to time in the field of law. However, these reforms are insufficient in terms of achieving an ideal order in terms of genders. In addition, the results of these regulations and the aims are not always parallel to each other. This situation brings to mind the possibility that there may be a deficiency or an error regarding the changes made. For this reason, issues regarding how to correct the missing/wrong points in the legal reforms carried out in order to ensure gender equality and how the reforms that have not been realized yet should be made are important. In this direction, questions about how to reach an ideal legal order in terms of genders will be tried to be answered within the scope of this course.
