Course Objectives This course aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of international business management. Students will gain the skills to assess business opportunities in global markets, understand cultural differences, and develop effective international strategies, enabling them to overcome challenges faced in international businesses.
Course Content The course will focus on the fundamental concepts, strategies, and applications of international business management. In the initial weeks, topics such as entering international markets, cultural influences, and market research will be covered; later, more specific subjects like global strategic management, marketing strategies, financial management, and crisis management will be explored in depth.
