Course Objectives |
Students who take the course become familiar with the legal ways of personal rights and protection.

Course Content |
Content of the course, concepts of person and personality; right to personality; legally protected personality values; temporal limits of preservation of personality values; attacks on personality (illegality); reasons for compliance with the law; legal consequences of attacks on personality; protection of personal data; personal data types and processing concept; basic principles regarding the processing of personal data; obligations of the data controller and data processor; media and personality right; The right to be forgotten, its bases and use make up the titles. |

Students taking the course,
1. Know the concepts of person, personality, personality values, personality right.
2. They become familiar with the legal ways of personal rights and protection.
3. Know the legal consequences and illegality reasons of attacks on personality.
4. With the concept of personal data, they have information about the protection and processing of personal data.
5. Know the types of personal rights violations and the legal possibilities against violations through the Internet.
