| Course Objectives |
Ensuring that the staff to be employed in health institutions can communicate effectively and correctly while providing health services. |
| Course Content |
Increasing communication abilities of health institution staff while providing health services, providing knowledge for effective communication in order to maximize basic rights and responsibilities of patients, and patient’s and relatives’ satisfaction. |
| Learning Outcomes (LO) |
At the end of this course, students;
1. will be able to assimilate and define communication theories and relate these theories to their field of expertise.
2. will be able to apply communication theories in their field of expertise, taking into account technological changes.
3. will be able to offer solutions to communication conflicts by improving communication skills and use these skills in life and work areas.
4. will be able to express himself/herself by raising his/her communication skills to the next level and will be able to use his/her acquired skills in his/her field of expertise.
5. will be able to connect with current events with the communication skills he has gained and will be able to observe and interpret the changes in the field of communication. |
