Course Objectives To apply therapeutic skills by creating a theoretical background on psychological help skills and to prepare for the role of "helper".
Course Content Counseling with the individual using counseling skills and techniques under supervision
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. To be able to comprehend the process and stages of psychological counseling experientially. 2. To be able to conduct psychological counseling sessions effectively. 3. To be able to use psychological counseling skills effectively in the counseling process. 4. To be able to establish an effective counseling relationship with the client. 5. Ability to set goals together with the client. 6. To be able to evaluate oneself as a counselor candidate in terms of strengths and aspects that need improvement. 7. To be able to act in accordance with professional ethical principles and rules in the practice of psychological counseling. 8. To be able to end the psychological counseling process effectively.
