Course Objectives The aim of this course is; To provide knowledge and skills in applying, evaluating and interpreting measurement tools used in the field of vocational guidance and career counseling, examining professions, developing activities for vocational guidance, implementation and evaluation.
Course Content Applying and evaluating measurement tools used in vocational guidance and career counseling; preparing and implementing career development programs; Providing career psychological counseling to individuals and groups.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Those who take this course and successfully complete it are expected to acquire the following achievements: 1. Apply the measurement tools used in the field of career guidance and career counseling. 2. Evaluates the results obtained from measurement tools used in the field of career guidance and career counseling. 3. Interprets the results obtained from measurement tools used in the field of career guidance and career counseling. 4. Explains the criteria that can be used to examine professions. 5. Explains the process of preparation and implementation of professional development programs. 6. Explains the individual and group career counseling process. 7. Develops effectiveness for vocational guidance. 8. Applies activities for vocational guidance. 9. Comments on the effectiveness of vocational guidance.
