Course Objectives |
The aim of the course is to provide the student with a broad perspective and comparison opportunity by considering the foreign-based family law issues together with international contracts, judicial decisions and Turkish international private law legislation |
Course Content |
It is a course in which the problems of conflict of laws arising from family law issues with foreign elements are evaluated together with the relevant international contract regulations. Upon successful completion of this course, students gain a deep analysis competence by comprehending the reasons for concluding the most basic international agreements related to family law, processes and distinctive approaches to the issues they regulate. |
