Course Objectives The aim of this course is to inform students about the concept of electronic trade and provide students to understand the importance of various relevant legal aspects of e-trade tools. To raise awareness about what needs to be considered in the design of an e-commerce web page and to have a small project designed to reflect what they have learned.
Course Content Planning E-Trade Activities, Doing Business Over the Internet, Interpreting Legal Aspects of E-Trade, Examining E-Commerce Web Pages, Designing a Basic E-Commerce Web Page
Learning Outcomes (LO) Students who successfully complete this course; 1- Express the concept of e-commerce and its importance. 2- Can use e-commerce tools. 3- Evaluate the legal dimension of e-commerce activities. 4- Recognize the features used in the E-Commerce web page. 5- Can design a basic level e-commerce web page.
