Course Objectives This course aims to provide the students with the knowledge and skills about the exercise methods applied in the treatment of an individual with musculoskeletal disease, how it is applied, the effects of the exercise, the conditions that should be applied and the situations that should not be applied, and the exercises that can be applied in the elderly.
Course Content Exercises for musculoskeletal diseases.
Learning Outcomes (LO) LO1- To have knowledge and skills about the changes in the human body in the presence of exercise and the effect of exercise on the human body. LO2- To have knowledge and skills about exercise and non-exercise situations. LO3- Existing types of exercise and knowledge and skills to apply them. LO4- Exercise applications according to body parts and to have knowledge and skills in practice. LO5- Exercise practices specific to old age and having knowledge and skills in practice.
