Course Objectives A change in the organism as a result of loading is the physical, technical, tactical, mental and motor preparation of the exercise.
Course Content Applying approaches for healthy body and healthy life, adequate and balanced nutrition The aim of this course is to distinguish the basic purpose and basic tasks of training, to distinguish the relationship between load and rest, to distinguish the effects of physical education and sport on human organism, to gain competencies to distinguish between conditional and motor properties.
