Course Objectives The aim of the course is to provide the students with the knowledge to apply the approaches for leading a healthy life, and having a healty body, learn sufficient and healty nutrition differentiate between overloading and rest in training, differentiate between overloading and rest in training, be aware of the influence of on human body, have the proficiency to know the difference between conditional and motoric qualities.
