Course Objectives |
To teach studentds the literature and practice of quality management system of historical development, basic ideas and methods and application of quality management tools and techniques. |
Course Content |
Course covers, taking into account the practical application of countries, the Quality Management System. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1- What is going on about Quality Concepts and Quality Management (QM) models. 2- The evolution of Quality and understanding of customer satisfaction and customer-oriented business management. 3-Information and application about the Quality Management in Japan, America, Europe and Turke 4- Quality Management tools and methods; The ideas of Total Quality Management Pioneers. |
