Course Objectives By being taught with all elements of Career Management, providing personal development that will make a positive contribution both to students themselves and to the organizations they are involved in.
Course Content Definition of career and career management, its planning, principles, importance, benefits for individual and the organization, current developments and problems in Career Management and also Career Management in practice.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Students who complete this course and are successful will gain the following in the field of Career Management: 1. They will learn what Career Management and its elements are. 2. They will have the minimum competence to contribute to the Career Management units of the organization in which they are involved in their professional life. 3. They will have received basic education and training at a level to be able to make individual career planning. 4.
