Course Objectives |
The purpose of this course , students to teach business law paradigm . |
Course Content |
Business law courses , individual labor law and collective labor law is taught under the name under two different titles . Individual labor law content of the course , the general business law matters , the nature of the labor law in the legal system location , labor law Historical development of labor law regulations in the properties of these legal sources relations, labor law referenced in the basic principles and ideas , international business law and international business law organizations, business law and related state bodies, sanctions , labor law , employer-employee - employer proxy - sub-contractors - work - from basic concepts such as the 4857 Act and other labor laws scope of the employment contract specifications of the labor contract definition - elements -attribute -types , business agreement, the parties' rights and obligations of the employment contract termination ( of employment contract termination other than termination , term termination, job security , and rightfully so termination ) , the employment contract termination results , the organization of work , working time, rest periods occupational health and safety of employees , business judgment is examined. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1 - laws regulating working life and therefore have knowledge about legal regulations, 2 - to dominate in the working life conditions, 3 - Business and employer relations and legal learning, 4 - to define the rights of trade unions and the working areas |
