Course Objectives This lecture aims to examine basic concepts, principles and doctrines of law.
Course Content
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Gaining the ability to define the concept “right” constitutes the foundation of law. Gaining basic knowledge on acquisition, use, types, protection and loss of rights. 2. Gaining knowledge on sources of law, gaining the ability to assess methodically. 3. Assessing the principles and concepts of the execution of legal rules by time and place. Gaining the ability to apply on cases. 4. Gaining the ability to classify branches of law as private law and public law, comparing the characteristics of private law and public law. Gaining knowledge on judicial system.
