Definition of career and career management, its planning, principles, importance, benefits for individual and the organization, current developments and problems in Career Management and also Career Management in practice. |

Students who complete this course and are successful will gain the following in the field of Career Management:
1. They will learn what Career Management and its elements are.
2. They will have the minimum competence to contribute to the Career Management units of the organization in which they are involved in their professional life.
3. They will have received basic education and training at a level to be able to make individual career planning.
4. They will have information about Career Management in details such as resume, interview, planning. |
